AirDev is a software firm of about 100 people. Since 2015 we've shipped more than 1,000 products, which means we've managed a lot of client relationships: today, hundreds of them, across email, Slack, calls, and tasks.
The hard part of that scale is attention. Every client deserves someone who remembers the last call and knows what was promised, and past a certain size it gets easier and easier for things to slip.
Parsley is the system we built so that it could. It reads every client conversation we have and maintains a live picture of every relationship. We run our company on it every day, and now we're opening it up.
