This Policy describes Parsley's practices when we act as a data controller. As a data controller, we determine the purposes and means of processing your Personal Data. This includes data collected directly from you, such as when you sign up for an Account. It also covers data collected automatically, such as through cookies and tracking technologies. Our responsibilities include ensuring the lawfulness, fairness, and transparency of data processing and safeguarding your rights as a data subject.
