Parsley reads your team’s client conversations so it can help you take care of every client. We take that responsibility seriously. Here’s how we handle your data.

You choose what Parsley reads

You pick the specific inboxes, domains and channels Parsley can read. Everything else is left alone.

Any conversation can be made private

Anyone on your team can mark a conversation as private, and Parsley leaves it out entirely. Your company can also set privacy rules in plain language, like “a client complaining about a specific team member,” and conversations that match are kept out automatically.

People only see what they already can

Parsley follows the access people already have in your tools, so nobody sees a conversation through Parsley that they couldn’t see before. Admins can see their accounts in full.

Encrypted everywhere

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, using modern encryption standards.

Never used to train models

Your data is used only to help your team. It is never used to train AI models.

Your agent, your key

If you connect your own AI agent, it signs in with a key you create and can revoke at any time, and it can only reach your workspace.

Leave cleanly

You can disconnect any source or delete all of your data whenever you want, and it’s removed.
